Based on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3 and powered by its kernel-3.10.0-514.el7 Linux kernel package, Oracle Linux 7 Update 3 appears to be the first release of the server-oriented Linux-based operating system to use Oracle's new Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel Release 4 (UEK R4), versioned kernel-uek-4.1.12-61.1.18.el7uek. Oracle Linux 7.3 also introduces UEFI and Secure Boot support..."
