Thousands Have Downloaded Solaris DTrace

The Solaris 10 Operating System (Solaris OS) is available for its promised free download on the OpenSolaris Web site. Sun's UNIX platform follows the initial source code release of the Solaris Dynamic Tracing or DTrace, which logged almost 4,000 downloads within the first 40 hours of its posting.
