Unlimited Java, Solaris Training for a Fixed Price
New Training Membership Program Helps Attract and Retain Skilled IT Workers

Serious skills shortages in the IT industry points to the need for IT training, especially as more companies compete to hire from a dwindling stock of highly skilled programmers and developers. Many companies hope to solve their IT resource problems by hiring competent employees and "training them up" to the position they were hired to fill. Companies are also using extensive training as an incentive to recruit and retain employees.

Supporting the importance of strengthening IT skills and resources, Sun recently announced the SunKey program, which offers unlimited instructor-led training for a full year. A leader in Java technology and the Solaris operating environment administrator training, Sun Educational Services designed the SunKey membership program as a cost-effective solution for IT managers to provide extensive training for their employees, and for IT workers to take the requisite courses needed for certification. The cost of unlimited training from Sun is $6,895 per student.
