ACCESS Technology Powers Java Technology Handset

The Samsung X859 handset is powered by ACCESS JavaTM technology. ACCESS has designed the technology as a Java Technology for the Wireless Industry (JTWI) compatible Java technology solution, as well as the first UniJa-enabled CDMA 1X handset for China Unicom. The solution also includes China Unicom's extensions for Digital Rights Management (DRM) as well as a camera API. The phone was recently launched in China.
