Just activate the Sun StorEdgeTM Remote Response (SSRR) Service on Sun StorEdgeTM 6300 systems or Sun StorEdgeTM 6900 systems to take advantage of this offer.

With a service call to the Customer Care Center requesting SSRR activation, validation will occur for discounted pricing on the SSRR program. Customers will be required to provide SSRR activation information to the Sun remote activating engineer, who will explain analog phone line and modem requirements.
