360Commerce Software Supports MySQL
360Store Applications for Point-of-Sale and Back Office

The 360Store application suite now supports the open source database, MySQL. This gives retailers the ability to leverage existing technology and lower costs.

Solutions from the retail software vendor 360Commerce are based on the JavaTM 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EETM). These solutions give a competitive advantage to retailers by enabling them to capture and leverage operational intelligence in real time.

360Store is a JavaTM technology-based application suite. It includes 360Store Point-of-Sale and 360Store Back Office. Both products are written in the Java programming language and built on the 360Commerce's FoundationEE, a multi-tier, network-centric architecture. They are designed to run on multiple hardware platforms, Java technology-enabled OS and JavaTM DataBase Connectivity (JDBC) API-compliant relational databases.

With 360Store Back Office, retailers can manage stores from anywhere. 360Store Point-of-Sale has what retailers need to deploy next-generation, Web-enabled POS functionality more quickly while leveraging current investments.
