Sun CEO Scott McNealy will begin the SunNetworkSM Berlin with a keynote that examines alternatives to today's technology debacles. Joined by Mark Tolliver, Chief Strategy Officer; Greg Papadopoulos, Chief Technology Officer and Robert Youngjohns, Executive Vice President, Global Sales Operations, the group will discuss systems that impact the way customers acquire, develop and manage technology. These systems also unite operating systems, platforms, data centers, applications, desktops and services into a single integrated infrastructure.

Aside from the keynotes, a comprehensive curriculum will be offered throughout the conference, including sessions that cover topics such as:

  • How to use IT to solve business problems
  • How to capitalize on the networked economy
  • How to attack cost and complexity
  • How to equip developers with the building blocks for delivering network services

The conference will also feature social activities to keep attendees entertained in the evening hours. Giveaways will include Sun hardware, and attendees should benefit from the excellent opportunity to mingle with Sun executives, key business leaders and scores of technology vendors. In addition to building valuable business relationships and connections, attendees will come away from the event with software and savings, including a bootable CD of Sun JavaTM Desktop.
