Java Specification Request (JSR) 168, the Portlet Specification,
will be the topic of an upcoming Java technology live chat on
August 12, 2003, 11:00 a.m. PDT/6:00 p.m. GMT. Featured will be Adam
Abramski and Alejandro Abdelnur, the specification lead. JSR 168 will
define a set of APIs for Portal computing addressing the areas of
aggregation, personalization, presentation and security in order to
enable interoperability between Portlets and Portals.
