The free seminar from Novell and Sun on July 2, 2003, in London will cover building applications using the Novell exteNd, a JavaTM 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EETM) based development framework. The talk will address the different approaches of building Web-based applications with proprietary tools and building with standards-based applications.

The latest version of Novell exteNd is 4.1. It is a comprehensive suite of tools for the development and deployment of advanced business applications and Web Services.

It supports key Internet standards and all versions of XML to provide non-intrusive integration with your existing systems. An intuitive visual-design environment accelerates application-development and delivery cycles.

The following components can be used separately or be integrated to provide a seamless Web Services solution:
