Sun has posted the agenda for this year's SunNetworkSM Conference and
Pavilion being held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. The three
day conference, scheduled from September 18 - 20, 2002, is one of
the most in-depth Sun User Conference agendas ever presented by the
company, featuring 105 product and technology sessions and more than
60 Birds-of-a-feather sessions for Sun systems administrators, IT
managers and developers.
"Sun has a long history of setting the agenda for network computing and
the Internet industry," said Mark Tolliver, executive vice president of
Marketing and Strategy for Sun. "SunNetwork 2002 will be the first of
what will be an important annual event for Sun's customers, developers
and users where we will share thought leadership and expertise on
critical network computing topics."
The conference tracks will deliver insights into Web Services design,
deployment and management, advanced Sun product and technology roadmaps
and updates, and the tools and techniques that are essential for
achieving the greatest return on IT investments. The case studies and
practical sessions offered as part of the Birds-of-a-feather schedule
will provide attendees with the invaluable opportunity to exchange
experiences and discuss everything from high-level concepts to
implementation details with Sun developers, strategists, architects,
engineers, product experts and IT professionals working in the trenches
every day.
