Sonic Software has integrated SonicMQ, its JavaTM Message Service technology product, with BEA WebLogic. BEA customers can also increase the reliability and security of Web services with SonicXQ. SonicXQ combines standards-based, any-to-any connectivity and support for business processes on a message-based platform.

"Many BEA customers already enjoy the best-of-breed benefits of SonicMQ, such as our patent-pending Dynamic Routing Architecture," said Greg O'Connor, president of Sonic Software. "These customers have extended the value of their investment in the WebLogic platform with SonicMQ."

SonicMQ provides a highly scalable, standards-based Internet middleware for guaranteed and secure delivery of business-critical data across the extended enterprise or among companies for B2B exchange. SonicMQ supports Internet standards and is the first Java Message Service technology product to implement the robust transactional capabilities required by the JavaTM 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EETM) specification. SonicMQ also includes a XAResource API to guarantee the end-to-end transactional integrity of messages.
