J2EE-Based Patterns
Decrease Development Costs

Sun's latest contribution to the Java development community is successful development of proven Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) Technology-Based Patterns. Conceived and developed by consultants at Sun Java Center service locations consultants, the new J2EE-Based Patterns are being integrated into Inline Software's next-generation products. These patterns can speed time-to-market, decrease development costs, and help ensure platform reliability. Customers can benefit from Sun's Java technology know-how by applying these patterns to their development efforts.

"The J2EE-Technology-Based Patterns represent a breakthrough in software development," said Andy Simmons, vice president of products, InLine Software. "These patterns and InLine's next generation products make it possible, for the first time, to rapidly develop applications without compromising features. This enables e-business application development to keep up with the rapid pace of highly competitive markets."

Design patterns are well-proven, reusable design solutions for object-oriented systems. The patterns are not dependent on a specific system type, programming language, or application domain.

The new patterns enable Inline tool users to select a J2EE Technology-Based Pattern from a Pattern Palette, view the pattern in UML and HTML, and then realize the pattern in Java code.
