In Episode 104 of the Java Spotlight Stephan Jannsen discusses the launch in Belgium of Devoxx 4 Kids with Host Roger Brinkley. Serial-entrepreneur Stephan Jannsen has founded several successful organizations such as the Belgian Java User Group (BeJUG), JCS Int. , JavaPolis, and now Parleys.com. A user of Java since its early releases in 1995, he has augmented this experience with a history of developing and implementing real world Java solutions in the finance and manufacturing industries. Jannsen is currently the CTO of the Java Competence Center and was selected by BEA Systems as the first European (independent) BEA Technical Director. He has also been recognized by the Server Side as one of the 54 Who is Who in Enterprise Java 2004.
