Oracle VM 3.0 Launch Webcast
A Solution that Outperforms Its VMware Competition

"In a nutshell" is an expression that applies neatly to the hour-long presentation made at the recent launch of Oracle VM 3.0, application-driven virtualization. The webcast is hosted by Oracle board member and Stanford Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Hector Garcia-Molina of Stanford who introduces in turn Edward Screven, Oracle Chief Corporate Architect, Wim Coekerts, Oracle Senior VP, Linux and Virtualization Engineering, Tim Frazier, Associate Project Manager, Lawrence Livermore National Lab (representing the user's point of view), and Hasan Rizvi, Oracle Senior VP, Fusion Middleware & Java. Each presenter enlarges a viewer's understanding of the "more for less" quality of Oracle VM 3.0 as they share their views on the impact and evolution of virtualization and unveil Oracle VM 3.0. "
