IT Managers More Interested in Private Clouds
Security and Privacy Issues Keeping Data Behind Corporate Firewalls

Private clouds maintained behind corporate firewalls are of much more interest to IT managers than public cloud computing, writes Bill Claybrook in a ComputerWorld article, which cites a Gartner poll revealing security and privacy are the top concerns when it comes to cloud computing. For those with a piqued interest in cloud security and who are attending Oracle OpenWorld, Gail Coury, vice president of Risk Management for Oracle On Demand, will be presenting a session entitled "Oracle On Demand Security Practices Protect Data, Enable Regulatory Compliance".
