Oracle's Global Next-Generation Data Center Efficiency road show and its Storage Summit event are designed to outline its strategy with some of its newly acquired Sun technologies.
Next-Generation Data Center Road Show
The Next-Generation Data Center road show began in Singapore on July 27 and will consist of nearly 100 events in more than 35 countries from July through November. Attendees can hear what Oracle's vision is for an optimized datacenter - from application-to-disk - and what this can mean for customers.
This worldwide event is divided into North America, Latin America, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa with scheduled stops posted with their corresponding date and specific city. Oracle says the event includes customized content for each region, multiple tracks, and a Q&A session.
Registration is currently underway.
Storage Summit Event Series
The Storage Summit event series began on July 13 and runs through November. It features nearly 100 global events designed to teach attendees ways to bring storage infrastructure under control by cutting storage costs, increasing efficiencies, and simplifying the storage component of the enterprise datacenter.
This particular event series is touring throughout North and Latin America. Register online for this free event.
