As Simple as Obtaining the Solaris Software Media Pack

Purchasing an Oracle Solaris 10 license is as easy as buying a Solaris 10 Media Pack, explains Bill Bradford. Although the agreement text may be little confusing, the reality is that the Solaris 10 license is bundled into the media pack (it is on a component CD). This means that the Solaris 10 license comes free with the media pack purchase. So, the moment the media pack is received and opened, users no longer are operating under trial terms.
