The mobile-rugged computing solution consists of a high-performance, dual-socket, AMD Opteron-powered Tadpole VM2200a Mobile Server/Workstation with Tadpole M1400 Ultra-Thin Clients. Housed in a hardened transit case, Tadpole MEK allows organizations to run and securely access essential Solaris, Linux and Windows-based applications in native environments or supported virtual environments under the most demanding field conditions.

Ideal for use in Mobile Command and Control, Mobile Disaster Response Units, Mobile Health Clinics, and Mobile Training, the Tadpole MEK allows organizations to:

The Tadpole VM2200a Mobile Server/Workstation supports applications requiring:

  • one or two genuine AMD Opteron Processors and
  • up to 32GB DDR2 ECC memory in a small footprint.

  • 5.1”H x 14.75”D x 19.4”W (with display closed, handle option and excluding battery)

  • 16.6”H x 17.2”D x 17.75”W (with display open)

The Tadpole VM2200a Mobile Server/Workstation comes with a full complement of integrated peripherals augmented with:

  • four PCIe expansion slots to support endless I/O options

  • utilizes the NVIDIA QUADRO FX3700 for advanced graphics capability and high-end graphics performance

The Tadpole M1400 Ultra-Thin Client is mobile, wireless, and 100% compatible with Sun Ray. It provides organizations with:
