The Sun Partner Advantage Program for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) has some new development hardware offerings that include Sun Ultra 27 Assemble to Order (ATO); Sun Fire X2270, X4170 X4270, and X4275 Servers ATO; standard configurations for the Sun SPARC Enterprise M3000, T5120, T5140, T5220, and T5240 Servers; among others. As part of this program, qualified Sun partners are able to purchase products, such as these, at discounted rates.

ATO Configurations

Development Hardware customers are not required to purchase every component on the price list for a corresponding ATO product, however, they must purchase a valid configuration. To obtain a valid configuration, customers need to request a quote from Sun or one of Sun's Authorized Channel Partners. They can also purchase one from the Development Hardware Offering Sun Store.

Additional Components

Customers can add other workstation and/or server options not on the Development Hardware price list to a valid configuration offered under this program.
