Customers can upgrade to the new Sun SPARC Enterprise M4000 and M5000 configurations through the Sun Upgrade Advantage Program, which allows for a trade-in allowance to be applied as a discount off the list price of the new M4000 or M5000 configuration with the trade-in of a Sun or non Sun server. This includes some IBM, HP and Fujitsu servers.
These new configurations for the Sun SPARC Enterprise M4000 and M5000 servers are suggested upgrade opportunities for Sun's UltraSPARC IIIi servers.
