Sun Web Infrastructure Myth Busting Challenge Four Chances to Set the Record Straight and Win Up to a $1000 in Gift Certificates March 10, 2008, Volume 121, Issue 2
Put your myth busting skills to use and become eligible to win a $250 gift certificate every month for the next four months in the Sun Web Infrastructure Myth Busting Challenge. From now through June 30, 2008, a myth of the month will be presented, and interested participants will be challenged to debunk this myth, which may be keeping organizations from selecting Sun as their choice for building a web infrastructure.
Myth busters need to prove why the above statement is a myth by creating a response, posting it anywhere on a publicly accessible internet site and submitting an entry form with the URL to their response. Entries must be made by March 31, 2008. Eligible entries will be judged on effectiveness in busting the myth, appropriate length, use of supporting evidence, humor and creative use of communication methods/language. The monthly challenge is open to Sun employees and non-Sun employees. There are different rules for each so take some time to read the rules pertaining to your status in this contest. Below are the remaining three "Myth of the Month" topics:
