The Sun High Performance Computing Consortium (SHPCC) will be held in Reno from November 10-12th, in conjunction with SC07, which will run through the 16th.

SHPCC provides a forum where attendees can interactively learn more about the development and effective use of Sun computational tools.

Geared toward scientific, engineering or research computing users or anyone interested in high-performance computing on Sun technologies, meetings are designed to address a wide range of interests from application developers to CIOs and VPs of Research.

These meetings allow participants to present information on HPC developments, applications, and engage in peer-to-peer discussions, as well as hear and provide feedback on Sun's engineering plans.

The Early Bird Registration Fee is $199. After October 19th, the registration fee will be $249.00. Registration applications and more general information is available from the SHPCC website. [...read more...]
