Solaris 10 OS Certified on Two Intel Servers
Includes Telecommunications Rack and Blade Servers

Two carrier grade rack mount servers from Intel have been certified to run the Solaris 10 Operating System (Solaris OS) - the TIGW1U and MCPBL0050. This announcement is a result of the January 2007 Sun-Intel broad strategic alliance that centered on Intel's endorsement of the Solaris OS.

Java CAPS Awarded SWIFTReady Gold Label
For Financial Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)

The Sun Java Composite Application Platform Suite (Java CAPS) received the SWIFTReady Gold Label for Financial Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) for the ninth year in a row. SWIFT is an industry-owned co-operative. The 2007 Gold Certification recognizes Sun's strengths in financial service solutions.
