Sun Reprices Sun StorageTek 9985 and 9990 Systems
Applies to Hardware Only; Software Prices Remain Unchanged

Sun is repricing the Sun StorageTek 9985 and Sun StorageTek 9990 systems. Accordingly, the average hardware configuration will be reduced by approximately four percent on the Sun StorageTek 9990 and seven percent on the Sun StorageTek 9985. These lower prices enable the Sun StorageTek 9985 and 9990 to maintain their competitive positions in the market. Sun StorageTek 9900 series software is not impacted by this pricing action.
