Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSHCC) recently upgraded its IT infrastructure in order to manage the 50 million pounds it needs annually to support the hospital. The charity wanted to increase staff productivity and efficiency to enable higher fund raising goal; improve the donor experience; and remove functional silos. The results promise the delivery of all the expectations current at the outset.
