The Sun Developer Expert Assistance program is offering free help for SolarisTM 10 operating System (Solaris OS) until October 31, 2006.

Help includes "sanity checks, workarounds and best practice guidance." For Solaris 10 OS help, fill in the incident form online and a Sun engineer will respond within 24 hours.

Original queries are assigned a case number. The case is not closed until you are satisfied. You will have the opportunity to exchange further information and data with Sun until the case is satisfactorily closed.

This program is intended for quick answers to programming questions and related product features. The architectural design of large projects is beyond the scope of this program; work with our Professional Services group for that type of assistance.

The Sun Developer Expert Assistance program also offers help for NetBeansTM 5.0, J2SETM 1.4.2 and 5.0 (JavaTM 2 Platform, Standard Edition, or Java SE), JavaTM Studio Creator 2, JavaTM Studio Enterprise 7/8, and SunTM Studio 10/11 for Solaris.
