Sun StorageTekTM Common Array Manager software is a web-based management software with a CLI and browser for configuring and managing Sun StorageTek-branded storage array devices on an external management host. Scripts for frequently performed tasks can be added to the CLI. With this software, you can manage an array from any host that can communicate with the management host.

The software provides administrator-friendly, task-driven configuration of storage that helps mask some of the complexities inherent to more "bit-oriented" configuration tools. Most complex configuration tasks are wizard driven, saving the customer both time and money. This software provides integrated device management for Sun StorEdgeTM 6130 and Sun StorageTekTM 6140 and 6540 Modular Arrays.
