Dwayne Lee, OpenSPARC community manager, follows up on the recent news announcement that Ubuntu is available for the UltraSPARCR processor (see article [16499]) by listing download sites for Ubuntu. Ubuntu 6.06 is a GNU/Linux distribution. It will support the UltraSPARCR T1 processor on Sun FireTM T1000 and Sun FireTM T2000 servers.
