Ops Center 11g Update 3 Is Released [25146]
Now Supports SPARC T4 Processor
An 8:40 minute video by Alain Geenrits concerns the new update for Ops Center 11g which has been released with a number of improvements, most notably SPARC T4 processor support. The update to the enterprise controller and proxy appears in the available downloads in the user interface, or can be downloaded shortly at edelivery.oracle.com. An updated readme file covers all changes and installation instructions. A webcast on Thursday, December 22 reviewed the key enhancements in Update 3. The webcast also covered download and upgrade instructions.

Enterprise Manager Ops Center 11g Update 2 [24434]
Support for Oracle Linux 6, Oracle VM Server for SPARC 2.1
Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center 11g update 2 is now available, blogs Steve Wilson. Current users should see update 2 available in their auto update tab when logged into the enterprise controller. Update bundles will be available shortly through Oracle eDelivery, Wilson announces, promising to post updated links to those as soon as they're available. The new features in update 2 include support for Oracle Linux 6 and Oracle VM Server for SPARC 2.1, plus various improvements in virtual networking set up for Oracle VM SPARC guests and Oracle Solaris Containers
