VERITAS Acquires Ejasent [12137]
Move Extends VERITAS' Reach Toward Utility Computing
As part of its corporate strategy to enable utility computing, VERITAS
has reached agreement to acquire Ejasent Inc. and its core software
products, UpScale and MicroMeasure, in an all-cash transaction valued
at $59 million.
